When Expensewatch is accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator 4.5 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provides server authentication and 128 bit data encryption. Access is controlled via a unique user name and password which users must enter each time they log on to the system. (Login IDs and Passwords are encrypted during the login process). Expensewatch is hosted in a SAS70 certified facility with three levels of physical security. A full range of firewall technology is employed, and logs are continually monitored for suspicious activity.
